Yes, prices have come down in some pockets, but you can’t say that prices have come down across the nation. It’s best to say that sales have slowed down across the nation. Markets have softened. This is the prelude to prices coming down. The question is: who will blink first - — buyers or builders?

In an exclusive interview with DNA’s Salil Deshpande, HDFC Chairman Deepak Parekh says it’s now a waiting game as builders try to hold on to prices despite a slowdown in sales.

If you know or want to know specific details about who is offering to pay EMIs of up to six months, furnish the house and other sops in Pune Real Estate Market, please, let me know in the comments and i will post about it.
